I’ve worked with CCS on a number of different opportunities over the past few years.  Contact Center Services, has been a great asset in helping Genesys Professional Services deliver key high-profile projects. I have found CCS  team members to be competent professionals who always think about what is best for our customers. CCS team is honest in how he approaches problems even when the answer might not be what the other party wants to hear. As a Program Director, I appreciate the CCS team’s technical understanding of a wide portion of the Genesys product suite. I highly recommend the CCS team to any organization.
